We are also seeking Restaurants, Stores and Businesses seeking the Business of our Delegates to become a Sponsor and have your materials place in our delegate packets as well as listed in our brochure detailing the businesses in the area supporting the Annual Congress.
Basic Level - $125 - You can include your business palm card, flyer, and business card in the registration packet.
Bronze Level - $250 - Vendor table and business palm card or flyer to be included in registration packet and a 1/2 page ad in Worship Guide.
Silver Level - $400 - Vendor table and business palm card or flyer to be included in registration packet, 10 min. presentation to the registrants during welcome reception (and/or at the beginning of one of the sessions) and 1/2 page ad in Worship Guide. You must provide the jpg, jpeg, or png format ad for the Worship Guide.
Gold Level - $600 - Business palm card or flyer to be included in the registration packet, an ad on the congress sponsor page and 1/2 page ad in Worship Guide. You must provide the jpg, jpeg, or png format ad for the Worship Guide.
-- CANCELLATION --
If the VENDOR cancels for any reason, he or she forfeits all funds received. If COAAB cancels for any reason, you shall receive a full refund.
-- Invoice Payments --
Basic and Bronze Levels must be pay in full at the time of Invoice
Silver and Gold Levels must be either pay in full or have a deposit of $250 deposit with the balance due by February 28th
-- Responsibilities --
Vendors are responsible for their own possessions. They cannot have anything illegal at the venue. They are responsible for their own set up and breakdown.
COAAB shall provide the benefits package as detail above. COAAB will provide an onsite liaison between the vendor and the Congress. COAAB or its associates are not responsible for damaged or stolen items/property (personal or business).
SET-UP ARRIVAL TIME
- 8:00 a.m. (daily)
VENDOR’S STOP TIME:
- 6:00 p.m. (Thursday)
- 10:30 p.m. (Friday)
Conference attendees will start arriving on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. You are free to set up as early as 5 p.m. on that Wednesday if you like. Reception Starts at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017
